REVISION 2: As it turns out SIGVARIS has great customer service. I purchased this product, and they didn't work for me. Even though their policy is no returns if they had been worn they did approve my return and gave me a full refund immediately. Their products are top notch in quality, and I had worn a different style they offered for several years, and I loved them, but I guess they no longer make them. I thought this style was as close to them as I could find, but given the fact that I've had extensive surgery on the leg I needed them for, they just didn't work for me.

They are just what I wanted, I plan to order other pairs as needed!!! I am always pleased when I order through Amazon!!

The knee high 20-30 stockings I received are not controlling my swelling as well as the Sigvaris Knee High 20-30 pair purchased at my doctor's office over eight months ago. Although I assumed the compression would be the same the open toe on this new pair is larger and/or not tight enough to stay near my toes so half my foot is not covered and swells causing my shoes to become too tight. After looking at the label I noticed my original pair which controlled my edema is 69% Nylon and 31% Spandex. The new pair is 79% Nylon and 21% Spandex. Also, the original pair have held up well but the stitching at the seam of the new pair has separated after only one wearing.
