Does this contain any lead?

It says it is made of high borosilicate glass, and as long as that's true it is lead and bpa free. Unless I misunderstood this question and you are asking if it has like like pencil lead...but that's a no too.

How do I put the ink in the pen?

You dont put ink “in” this glass pen, its one solid piece. Like old calligraphy quills, you just dip the tip of the pen into ink and start writing. Of corse several dips into the ink are necessary while in use, you will start to be able to gauge the needed amount of ink you use when writing.

Approximately, what is the size of the write point? 0.7 mm?

On mine it’s between a 0.5mm and a 7.0mm. Each one varies.

Is the pen complete when it arrives home?

It comes in a box and is well preserved.
