I’ve been using it for quite some time now, and overall, I’m happy with it.The delivery experience was mostly smooth, though there was a small issue—the delivery personnel asked for an extra tip for simply doing their job. I ended up paying it, but honestly, that shouldn’t be expected.Apart from that, everything else went well. All the necessary parts were included in the box, and I got it assembled with the help of a local mechanic. The colour matched exactly what was shown on the Amazon page, and there were no missing parts or issues like bent wheels.The only drawback I’ve noticed is with the brake callipers. Their quality feels average, and over time, that’s the only part that has given me some trouble. My local mechanic also mentioned that this is a fairly common issue with such products.Note: Look into the rider height specification before you go for this bicycle.

Urban Terrain w/o gear model is light weight and cost efficient road bike designed for beginners and daily exercising/commute.It's day 3 that I'm using this bike and I'll try to cover every aspect in this review, right from product Delivery to customer service, so try to keep up with me.Delivery:I was actually quite disappointed with the delivery since it took around 2 weeks from the day of booking. The amazon interface was stuck of shipping status for around 10 days.Also, my bike has a fairly long scratch/patch which is most likely mishandled during delivery phase. ( Idh any issue since it's not on a visible spot please work on it)Rating: 2.5/5Bike installation:Technician was experienced but he choosed a wrong time to assemble my bike (around 7-8pm). Due to bad light, it took around 2-3 hours to assemble the bike. Also, during my conversation with Technician, he said that there is some issue with Front brakes of the bike, since he has assembled 4-5 bikes that day and all of then had similar issue. I could feel it too since the front brake often jams the tyres when trying to reverse the bike. (Please have a discussion and listen to opinions from your technicians since they are one who are working on ground level and can help you to improve the product)Apart from that, no issues. Technician was extremely polite and listened to every request carefully.Rating: 3.5/5Customer Care/Support:I received a call from support team same day, my bike was delivered. Initially I missed a call from them and took me a while to reconnect with them since the call was constantly busy (it's okay though). But I must mention that the team has great support team both in terms of call and help via WhatsApp services. They scheduled a technician appointment for me the very next day.Rating: 4/5Dietician:I had a brief call with dietician, Rajitha and she was polite, calm and a good listener. She listened to every small details that could help me to set up a great diet and routine. Looking forward to work with her on those plans.Rating:4.5/5Suggestion:Even though that air pump is freebie, please try to revamp its model. It's inconvenient and ineffective to use. Feels like a device to train your Forearms(my veins were popping out) rather than filling air in tyres :pJust joking, but yeah, please re-model it.So yeah, to summary, its a great road bike for daily use/commute and quite cost efficient.

When one reaches the 40 a midlife crisis hits you, for me it was trying to become fitter.I used to love cycling in school and college days, so what better than to get a cycle and invoke those old memories.Finalized on Urban Terrain cycle.It was a perfect fit for size and budget.Came in a packed box requiring assembly.Videos available with assembly instructions, but recommended the Rs. 599/- paid option as the executive installed and aligned it perfectly for my size.The cycle is excellent, sturdy and works well for the basic purpose.The cycle comes with an online diet consultation and one workout session.Diet consultant Vimlesh listens to one's daily routine and then gives a balanced diet which can be maintained with the daily routine.Recommend this cycle for beginners or who wants a no fuss cycle.Budget yet sturdy with diet consultation included. A complete package

The cycle is fine but faced certain problems such as missing screws and installation was painstaking(do not do it yourself, since we are not professionals, 1.I got cuts and bruises on my hands, 2. Noticed that certain parts such as screws were not in the kit that I received, 3. When contacted the Amazon customer care for the same, they told me that the only solution is to get a replacement and do it all over again or place a request for installation and pay them 599 after almost everything was done),The issue was when the product was added to the cart the scheduled installation was added as well along with the cycle, but upon receiving it, I got a call from cultfit that I have to install it myself and that it's very easy. I followed their tutorial, started the installation and almost finished it but it came to my notice that certain screws were not there in the received package. The caller(person who called me from the brand and told me that installation is very easy and that I can do it myself)assured me that if I face any issue I can just call them or text them and fix it off easily and when I reached out to them, they simply asked me to pay 599 and get the installation done.So if you want to buy it, do not fool yourself and get their professional installation services or else it will be such a pain to get it done.

The product is fancy and everything but the technician who had come to assemble the parts together had tightened the nut bolts loosely; as a result the handle of the cycle was shaking terribly and the seat of the cycle was getting mispositioned... also another point of dislike I would like to mention are the brakes; it's just day 2 and the brakes aren't working already?! Honestly speaking, this is a bit disappointing. I didn't expect such service from Urban Terrain.
