I am an elderly person and ever since I purchased this item, I have been unable to use it. I need more clear explanation on how to go about and have the results I was looking for. Sample. I have very precious photos of my late wife I wanted to save, but as you can see, so far this item have become useless to me unless I receive better guidance to have better piece of mind knowing my photos will be safe.

Device requires a third party app to see the files. Should be able to use the files feature on the iPad or iPhone but you can not see the device on Files on an iPad or iPhone. Loaded a movie on the device and when double clicked on the movie icon there is just a spinner in the middle of the screen and the movie never plays. To move pictures to the device have to hold/click on the picture for at least two seconds and then when you select copy it took over 10 seconds to copy the photo over. Photo was only 2 MB.
