Q: Can you freeze cheesecake in these

Yes, these can freeze. But I don't think the lids seal freezer tight. They would probably do ok with a short term freezer time. Longer time frame would definitely accumulate freezer burn quickly.

Q: How do these hold up in the mail?

Mine came packaged in a box inside of an Amazon box. They held up well being shipped to me. None were bent or damaged including the lids. But they are packaged in bulk. I wouldn't recommend trying to ship them out individually if that was the intention after receiving the original shipment.
