I was really excited to see this for sale! I was explaining to my daughter how we used these in high school. She wanted one, and I didn't realize that they were still being sold! It's great to see, and looks well made. It's priced well and I would rather use this than some of the bulky zipper binders on the market.

Really sad. My mom wouldn’t let me have anything trendy when I was in school a long time ago so when I saw these come back into production, my little 80’s child heart just soared. I bought two! One as a Christmas present for myself and a birthday present for my husband in university. We are two months into using them and they are already beginning to fall apart. Normal use. Actually stays in my bag most of the time. Haven’t been stuffing pockets or clipping in too many folders. The scuffs that have developed on the cover don’t make any sense. Literally the only action this thing has seen is the inside of my bag and laying flat on my writing pad at work. So, I’m left to assume that instead of creating a product that heralded back to the time when mead actually produced decent products (as I and several of my friends carried around their binders for years) they just slapped some fun branding together to prey on our nostalgia, just like every other brand nowadays.
