Where can I get replacement pads?

I can’t find replacement pads anywhere. Lloyds online has been out of stock for a month and a half and emails to their help centre go unanswered.

My. Pain is over the temple of my right eye, is it placed on the pain area or only in the middle of the forehead?

I placed it in the middle of my forehead although I get stubbing pains on my temples ad it worked very well.

Is this supposed to be this painful? It feels like someone is using an angle grinder on my forehead!
