I actually really liked this product. I have tried GMC hair and nails and I can’t even compare. When I started taking this product I had no nails and my hair was in dire need of help! After week two I could really see a difference in my hair strength and my nails are growing rapidly and they feed a lot stringer and thicker. I just all around feel good while taking this. Highly recommend. I love that it’s vegan too. That’s a plus.

I have not seen a lot of change yet, maybe I have to take a little bit longer. I have damaged nails after I took out acrylic so I hope this colleges will help my nails.
