The Zikr Ring is not working
The one I received was originally working fine when I checked after delivery and kept it for a gift. 2 weeks past and the zikr ring wouldn’t work and no sippay on the screen even when I tried to charge it. With the warranty I demand to have it replaced with a fully functioning one. How do I reclaim the warranty, no option feom the amazon app to do this.

يوجد من المنتج نوعين النوع الاول: يتم اعادة شحن البطارية بواسطة سلك. والنوع الثاني يتم اعادة شحنه بواسطة حافظة صغيره مثل حافظة سماعات البلوتوث طلبت المنتج و اتضح لي انه من النوع الاول الذي يتم اعادة شحنه بالسلك وذلك عكس ما هو موضح في صورة عرض المنتج

Missing charging portable case
The ring is amazing, but I’m so disappointed to find that the charging portable case is missing. Totally misleading info.

WORST ITEM EVER
The ring and the case stopped working after exactly 20 days only !!!! Neither the ring nor the case charges and now its like a piece of useless plastic and i tried to contact the seller and no reply
