It seems to be a good product but it's not like you feel anything this soon after taking.

This has really helped my husband and I. It took a while for us to get used to it. Initially we had some digestive upset but apparently that is common when starting Nattokinase. My husband had a reduction in his blood pressure after about 1-2 weeks after starting but it has crept back up after a few months on it, but that is what usually happens to him. Something works but only for 3 months. I see an improvement with my digestion. So we are both are continuing to take them as it has helped his digestion too. They are easy to swallow.
