I like it because it is well made and it works. I needed something with holes for the eyes so I can work on my laptop. And I also needed some kind of small gel pad to put on just one eye after laser treatment. The round pads are especially useful if you've had a treatment in just one eye, and they are hard to find. If you put any kind of gel pad in the freezer it's going to get hard, too hard to conform to your face, and they can feel uncomfortable if they are too cold. You need just the right amount of cold that doesn't cause discomfort. So the thing to do is just put these in your fridge. They get plenty cold that way. So the package comes with one full eye mask and two round pads for individual eyes. The material that encloses the gel appears to be thick plastic, but supple when it's not frozen, with a nice soft cloth covering on one side. The elastic band with velcro is substantial and long enough to fit small or very large heads. If you put these in the freezer they will be too hard to use comfortably on your face, so put them in the fridge. Most fridges get fairly close to freezing temperatures without freezing. I'm emphasizing this because people on here have complained about it. If you put it in the fridge you will find that it gets close to freezing cold but is still pliable and doesn't cause discomfort. This is not a "beauty mask." It looks kind of plain, dark green, like some first aid kits and medical devices. But it is well made and it works. I use the round gel pads for just one eye that had laser treatment. I use an ordinary knitted sweatband to hold the cold gel pad over that one eye, with no problem. Just have to adjust the sweatband a little to accommodate the gel pad and the angle over your eye. And you get two of them, so you can swap them out. In fact, you can use two of them as an eye mask by just securing them under a sweatband across your eyes. As far as the amount of time it lasts, I'd say about as long as all the other gel masks and pads, around 10-15 minutes. I got two sets of these so I have 2 eye masks and 4 round pads. The zippered case is a really good addition, since it has mesh pockets and the pads will stay clean without having to deal with plastic bags in the fridge.

It is literally exactly what they advertise it to me. Yeah that's kind of rare these days, but this really is a solid product. The little box deal that you store it in is very slim and takes up hardly any room in your fridge. So far we haven't had any issues with the eye mask, it worked great for my wife who had a minor surgery on her eye lid. (weird I know) but this gel mask did wonders to alleviate the swelling and helped reduce pain. Which isn't a surprise - have swelling? Slap some ice on it - in this case a cool gel pack that makes you look way more cool than the Green Lantern and not some character from Scream! like some of those other masks do. You can wear this and not scare the crap out of your family members. That's a win.

Arrived on time. As described. Like the adjustable strap for different head sizes. Nice case. Two "extra" disc shaped packs nice. The included cover cloth is a nice/needed touch. Would recommend for sinus/allergy/frequent headaches/tension

Comfortable way to apply cold packs after surgery and be able to see while doing it.

Very helpful to me following eyelid surgery. I switched between the mask and pads. I slipped the pads under an eye mask which worked well. Very good quality. I'm sure I will use them in the future to alleviate puffy eyes.

This is a stupid product! If you want to use it you must know 45 min to 1hr beforehand so you can put it in the freezer. So if you'd like to use it first thing in the morning for puffy eyes, you are out of luck! Unfortunately if you disobey these rules you will end up with a popped open eye mask and weird goo all over. Why this exists is beyond me. Find something else if you'd like a cold mask over your eyes, this ain't it.

Its size isnot well adjusted around eyes. I have to press it below by hand so that my eye bag area actually feel cold with that eye mask. It doesn’t last more than a half hour- an hour. It is relaxing. It came in really nice package too. I think thats thermal package to put ice pack keep it longer. However, I haven’t tried it. I was expecting it to be little bit better but i guess my expectations was higher.

Love the thoughtful design of a bag to store the mask. Great for travelling

Die Maske sowie die Pads für die Augen sind sehr angenehm auf der Haut und stinken nicht. Halten die Kühle angenehm lang, aber erwärmen sich natürlich mit der Zeit auf der Haut wieder. Die Verarbeitung ist solide, man hat ein hochwertig verarbeitetes Produkt in den Händen. Ich kann das Produkt wärmstens empfehlen.
