I've been using these capsules for years, work great and at a reasonable price.

This helps my regularity, this is a great fiber supplement.

We are taking GLP1 and this has helped, let’s say, keep us going every day. Pills are a bit large but easy to swallow. the only negative is each serving is five pills. They also sell them in our local Kirkland store.

Works just like Metamucil but much cheaper in price.

Works as well as Metamucil.
