Quality that works!
Being sunflower based, this is more expensive than other sources, but for those sensitive to soy or seeking high quality, this is it. My sleep improved dramatically as has my cognitive function for both work or academic activities and for social or relational. Will continue to use!

I just started taking this and it’s changed me!!! I can’t tell you how much better sleep I am getting! My Oura ring sleep score went up 27 points just in night one! I now score 97 on my sleep score. Also this has helped with my stress level and anxiety I don’t know how but no joke I think I’m hooked for life!!!

Helps with natural sleep. I have severe insomnia and this helps me achieve a deep natural sleep without feeling groggy the next morning.

I prefer this brand of vitamins. It’s high quality is why I keep coming back. I take this at night to help keep me asleep through the “3-am”hump. It is effective, easy to use alternative to sleep aid. The capsules are quite large. I would say it’s average value for money.
