Comfy, durable, and very supportive
I ordered this in a desperate panic due to pelvic girdle pain. It instantly helped! I’ve worn this every day since. It’s comfortable, discrete, and stays put all day long. I feel very supported. I throw it in the washer on a hand wash cycle and lay it out to dry when needed. Still in perfect condition. I cannot recommend this enough!

Game changer. Lifesaving at a decent price.
9 months pregnant -- got this about a month ago and it's been a lifesaver. I have a heavy baby, and I am on my feet a lot. Using this support strap relieves fatigue, overall body pain, and the general feeling like I'm going to collapse. It really comes in handy at the end of the day when I feel like I just can't stand or do anything anymore, but I still have to do some chores. It's a game changer. --- Don't be mislead. This strap is NOT the epitome of comfort. It's not comfortable when sitting down, but it's manageable. It's not going to relieve every ache, but it helps enough to keep you going.... I'm giving it 5 starts because for me the difference is significant. It's the difference between completely collapsing and feeling like I can't do it, or finishing the dishes and sweeping the floor. Or standing up and dancing/clapping when the band played my favourite song, as opposed to not having the energy and not being able to keep myself standing. Or having the strength to pull my daughter in a wagon while apple picking, rather than dragging my feet and thinking I don't have the strength to even be there. Basically it helps relieve the extra weight from muscles that are giving in/giving up, thereby making you feel less hampered by pull (down) from your belly. I take it off when sitting down for long periods of time.
