Does this come rails?

No. Rails must be purchased separately but headboard legs as seen in picture attach w/bolts directly to them. Great headboard!

How tall are the legs? looking to see if someone can measure from bottom of the headboard to the end of the end. Thanks!

Hi, We received your message. Unfortunately, we do not have a measurement for the legs of this headboard, in queen size, but this headboard is approximately 58-63 inches in height. Best regards, Jennifer Taylor Home.

Is this compatible with an adjustable base?

No, we haven’t been able to mount it on our adjustable bed frame. Our plan is to use a cleat to hang it on the wall behind the bed. For now, it is just leaning on the wall behind the bed, which works fine for us as we do not need to lean back on the headboard since our bed is adjustable. Hope this helps.
