Terrible product. It's a total waste. First off, the ice pack had mold on it. Secondly, it mentions "anti freeze" gel. But that's not the case. It started leaking immediately and the gel is frozen so now you'll have to wait for it to unfreeze. Money wasted. Do not buy it.

No flexiblw
I thought that the frozen part would be a soft gel that can be bent and wrapped and be soft against an injury. It isn’t. The only flexibility is between the sections. Otherwise stays cold and wraps ok.
