Good product for the price.

Good form
Has everything that we need on the form for verification and type of payment of equipment for shipment back to the customer. Also, having two carbonless copies make it easier to for record keeping for both our office and the customers.

Just what we needed.
We have been using these forms for over 10 years and getting them from a local supplier for over three times the price. I'm not usually the one to purchase these but it fell on my lap and figured I try Amazon. Wow what a savings. These are standard bill of lading forms and exactly what we used before (and probably where our local supplier was getting them). The savings and quick delivery was great. Will keep ordering as long as they are available.
