Useful and effective one

I am absolutely thrilled with The Nature Mill Virgin Coconut Oil Pull Mouthwash in Peppermint Clove! This product has truly transformed my daily oral care routine. The 100ml size is perfect for travel, and the refreshing peppermint clove scent is not overpowering, making it a pleasant experience each time. After just a few uses, I noticed my teeth feeling cleaner and my gums healthier. The natural coconut oil is gentle yet effective, and I love that it's a non-toxic, chemical-free alternative to traditional mouthwashes. Plus, my breath stays fresh for hours. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a more natural approach to maintaining their oral health. It’s a must-try!

I'm not sure about this. I used this once and it's just sitting there in my washroom.. It didn't really leave my mouth fresh I had to use another mouth wash to get that fresh minty feeling. I know this is for oil pulling and not a mouth freshner however you still expect a good taste.

I’ve been using this virgin coconut oil pull mouthwash for four months now, and I’m impressed. It leaves my mouth feeling fresh, helps reduce morning breath, and has a pleasant, mild coconut taste. A natural alternative to chemical-heavy mouthwashes—definitely a great addition to my oral care routine!

Good product but the oily mouthfeel takes getting used to.

The Nature Mills Coconut Oil Pull has been such a pleasant addition to my mornings. It tastes light and natural, leaves my mouth feeling fresh, and makes the whole ritual feel like self-care rather than a chore.

I have been doing oil pulling with coconut oil for some time but was never really regular. Getting used to that texture and taste of oil in the mouth was taking time. But this has a blend of essential oils that make the experience very different. There is a burst of freshness immediately and the whole experience is so much nicer. Been doing it for 1 week consistently now and my time has gone up to 10 min! Really starting to see the benefits of oil pulling with this week's consistency. Highly recommend for people looking to get into the habit of oil pulling!
