Beautiful Fabric ... But That’s All
The fabric of this pillow is fabulously soft and comfortable. On some warm planes it also felt pleasantly cool to the touch and not too warm at all. I love the fabric. It ends there though. For me, it was too soft and I couldn’t find a comfortable position with it. It didn’t offer support and wouldn’t stay together to act as a pillow. Once out of its packaging, it was impossible to get it back in, or roll up and it stay rolled. I was going to return it as useless, but my husband found it quite comfortable. He was happy with it wrapped once around his neck and leaned again the plane window as a pillow. My husband would therefore probably give this a higher star rating than me, but for me it was useless. It was also an absolute pain to carry around. It is large and bulky. On the plane we kept it in the overhead compartment until my husband wanted to use it. It was like those trick snakes in a can things - springing out of the overhead compartments whenever it was opened like a coiled spring and we had to battle to push it back in again! Walking round airports we had to wrap it round and round the handle of a travel bag.My husband felt he couldn’t even be bothered with having to carry it round for one journey and decided to just pack it in the suitcase rather than have the aggravation of carrying it around until being on board the flight. The fabric is absolutely lovely, but it wouldn’t stay in place for me to be a pillow and didn’t offer support, was too large to easily carry around and very over priced. Had my husband not decided to use it as he didn’t have a travel pillow, I would have returned this. Definitely not for me.

The pillow itself is amazing. I used during a flight from London to South Africa. It was super comfortable and made the flight almost bearable. My only issue was the delivery. Initially i ordered, but the delivery date changed several times and eventually was arriving after my departure date so I cancelled the order. However, the next day I checked again and the delivery was earlier again so I purchased a second time with express delivery. If you could pick a delivery date and stick to it that would be perfect.

Go ahead and buy it
I am often dubious of buying things based on other people’s reviews but this pillow is amazing. I brought it for a tour I was going on that had a lot of driving often 9hours at a time.. by the end of the two weeks everyone on the bus had used it and people where sorting out a router to use it. Everyone got home and ordered them straight away. What’s good:• your head doesn’t full forward and give you a saw neck• it’s not clostrophobic• feels like a normal pillow unlike normal travel pillows• doesn’t get overly warm when using (which I often find with other neck pillows)• you can wear it on to a flight so it doesn’t take up space in your hand luggageWorth the money you won’t be upset

Too big for a travel pillow and little support
Far too big for a travel pillow and took too much messing about to get it to actually support your head and as soon as you n moved your body you had the fun of getting it back into position again. Returned it and bought a trtl instead excellent choice

Very comfortable but not the right option for everyone
Whether this item works for you will depend on your preferences and how much rigid support you want. I wanted support but also comfort, which it delivers on fully on the latter but a little less on the former. It feels like you're being cocooned and allows you to wrap it around your neck and lower face and even ears. But it doesn't give 100 per cent support for your neck unless you really pull it tight and then some would find that too restrictive and hot. I also really like the versatility, I used it in several positions over a 12 hour flight. So overall I would say it's for those who want a ploomfy pillow with moderate support, for those who want total support on a harder model something like the travel nest, cabeau, or trtl might be better option?

Heaven.
Had fractured two vertebrae and was going to Scicily on an 8 day tour. Had to wear a neck brace all the time. Needed something to support my neck whilst on the plane and coach. SUPERB. It now lives on the back of the sofa for me to use now and then. Well worth it. I bought a GO Travel strap to encase it in to snap onto my backpack. Worked a treat.

This is the pillow I’ve been looking for! Light, comfortable, gives me the right support. Used it several times already and always people asked me where I got it from. One even photographed me with it!

The comfiest flight pillow I've ever tried
I've tried all sorts of flight pillows, but this is far and away the comfiest yet. I just flew from Manchester UK to Christchurch NZ, 2 x 11 hour legs, and I slept longer and deeper than I have ever managed before. I highly recommend the Infinity Pillow. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that transporting it is a bit of a challenge : the band supplied to wrap around it will not stay put. You really do need the drawstring bag to put it in, and this as an extra for £6.95. I think the bag is an essential. C'mon guys, start supplying it WITH, then you really would have a 5 star product.
