I bought this for work, we frequently shuttle documents back and forth between two locations. I did notice that it smelled at first; only if you were peering into it. This has disappated over time. Now it doesn't have an odor at all. We are really pleased with how well this is made as well as the amount of paper goods it can hold. It will be especially handy on rainy days. I tried several alternatives and this is the clear favorite. I plan to order more.

Bad bad quality. It started failing apart not long after I started using it

I purchases this to keep important documents in I case it ever floods (again) and I have to evacuate through the flood. This is not in any way, shape, form, or fashion waterproof, as stated in the title. There are huge holes by the zipper on both ends and would immediately fill with water if submerged. The outside appears to be vinyl and would protect documents from rain or light weather, but I wouldn't trust it beyond that.The construction seems to be quality but it is totally misrepresented as to what it is.

This bag was just what I wanted. Simple two pocket design to carry a few documents. Was all set to give 5 stars then the outside pocket zipper broke.

Ripped 2nd week. Nice looking but apparently horrible quality. Don’t buy it!

It is a nice enough bag, especially for the purpose I am using it for, an emergency document bag. But as others have mentioned, it had an odor so bad, that I had to leave it outside for a week before it could come into my house. During this time, it rained and the inside stayed dry.

Everything is soaked. Material on the outside is certainly waterproof but the zippers where everything is supposed to seal off is def not and important of mine document wise is now wet.
