Will this work on a 2.5 year old with a full head of hair?

Yes definitely. I used it on my 4 year old with lots of hair and it worked perfectly. Obviously apply it directly to the scalp/cradle cap areas and rub it in and leave it. I did this twice a day and probably within 5 days it had mostly cleared up.

It’s 25ml but you only need a tiny amount and it lasts for weeks if not a month or 2

Will baby hair grow back after using this. This product really work on my baby's hair but seems like the hair is not growing back.

My babies hair grew through it. All babies are different I guess! But in time I'm sure your babys hair will regrow. Just brush babys hair/head constantly and it will massage/stimulate hair follicles to grow.

Do you wash this off?

No, I actually applied this after washing baby’s hair.
