This mix is perfect for making ployes and the recipe for pancakes is also on the bag. Keeps a lo-o-ong time if stored in the fridge. If you make too many ployes (is there such a thing?) they keep for several days in the fridge, covered with plastic wrap. I am a frequent buyer of this item. Bon Appétit

These are great! Nice fiber and calcium content and they're so easy to make. I always bought this mix when I was back home in Maine so it's great to have it available here on Amazon. The mix is incredibly easy to prepare and cooking it doesn't require any oil or butter. I serve it like I would a crepe and it has a nice hearty flavor, a bit more complex than a white flour pancake/crepe. I'll sometimes make them in advance and freeze them then defrost a couple for a super quick breakfast. They're such a versatile base, you can have them with just about anything and this 3lb bag is going to last me forever!

As a Boy Scout, I always loved going on the campouts because we always had buckwheat pancakes in the morning. It is so hard to find buckwheat these days. This is my second bag and it is delicious.

I ran out of breakfast ideas during this Covid 19 period and wanted to try some buckwheat pancakes. one hundred percent buckwheat flour was not readily available so I settled for this company that I had never heard of before. The package was a little tossed with expiration date 12/2020 and I figured I had time to finish it before that date. Content seemed fresh, and I followed directions and was very pleased with the outcome. It takes very little effort, sometimes I interchange with coconut or almond milk and still get excellent results. I will purchase again in the future.

Excellent flavor! I add a little brown sugar, raw egg , and canola oil to the milk batter. The waffles don’t get as crispy as regular flavored waffles, but they are yummier and healthier.

I should have been more careful and I love buckwheat flour so in my anxiousness for baking products I ordered this by mistake. I am sure it is delicious and a wonderful product, just sad because nobody in my family can eat it and I cannot return it. I will see if anyone I know can use it. This is totally my own fault
