You can use it daily if you like but I spray my birds with this conditioner 3 times a week and regular bottle water there after

We leave the spray on it serves as a moisturizer for the skin- he has a habit of pulling out new feathers because as they break thru the skin they pull and he pulls them out-this spray seems to help soften his skin. Hope this helps.

Q: How are you suppose to spay the bird without getting in face??

It says on the bottle, cover eyes and nares with hand. Put your hand over your birds head. Kind of like shielding your eyes from hairspray
