Weber Genesis S-335 Gas Grill, Natural Gas, Stainless Steel

Fantastic grill with fantastic customer service via Weber-Customer Service-Our grill arrived with a damaged plate for the bottom of the grill. Replacement process and response times by the Weber customer service team was prompt and seamless-Grilling-Heat distribution is fantastic. The "cold" spot on our grill is in the lower center but this is easily remedied by turning on the sear zone if we need a little extra burn in that zone. The steel grates are easy to clean and maintain. The Weber crafted accessories are pretty neat too and the plancha flat grill is very nice for cooking smash burgersSide burner is a little weak but good enough to keep things simmering, warm, cook whatever over medium-ish+ heat-Assembly-Detailed and straightforward. Takes a little over an hour and the instructions are well detailed. Take care to look at the side of the screws pictured to make sure you're using the right ones. There's an app that gives 3D instructions which can prove helpful as well

Weber makes great products. This grill is basic, which is what I wanted. I did not want smart features.

I love the “plug and play” feature of this grill with the Weber craft insert. One grill allows you to do everything you can do in your indoor kitchen with the added bonus of searing (which is difficult in your indoor kitchen). I only wish the Weber craft items are more readily available. We were able to find the craft wok easily but the flat top grill took over a month to ship from the only place I found online who was selling them! The rotisserie works really well too. Now to find the pizza stone…

We've used nothing but Weber Grills in our lives and when it came time to replace my grill - I looked to no one else but Weber. I have to say that after a few days of using - I'm in love. It heats up quickly and I made everything from grilled green beans to burgers to steaks and hot dogs for my family as we got together over this Holiday. The heat was evenly spread out and I could follow directions on the internet on ideal timings on the grill for each and every type of food on the grill. Assembly could have been easier but it was all worth it. I got so many compliments from everyone about how great everything tasted. Weber - keep creating great products like this Genesis grill!
