Nice machine build, smart appearance and plenty of drying options for all fabrics. Very easy to empty water reservoir built into the drawer compartment and an easy access lint collector at the front of the drum. I'm still getting used to all the different programmes but overall am very pleased with my purchase. It does take a lot longer to dry items than a standard machine but have noticed it is still very economical to run. Some programmes say it will take 4.5 hours to dry but the longest I have experienced so far is between 2 to 2.5 hours. It is slightly louder than I expected it to be when running but is still a lot quieter than most conventional tumble dryers.

Absolutely love this.Getting a combo is always a bit daunting as you can never dry the same amount as you wash especially if you have a heavy load.ALWAYS dry on a separate setting and then you will always have dry crease free clothes.

Fantastic tumble dryer, looks great, nice and quiet, has lots of features not sure I’ll use them all but great value for money!!

Dryer is significantly cheaper to run than my old condenser, just need to be careful with cords etc as they can get caught in the back of the drum (part of the heat pump mechanism).Great piece of kit

If only there wasn’t a manufacturing fault they refuse to acknowledge so they can charge customers to fix it, and if only they’d actually fix it even when we offer to pay for it… what an absolute JOKE their customer service is.For anyone thinking of buying a Haier product: don’t. It works well till it breaks, which they do because there’s a fault, and then they treat you like absolute dirt. Their customer service is so bad it’s actually insulting. I spent a small fortune on my washer dryer, and the dryer hasn’t been working since MAY, just in time for it to be out of warranty. I agreed to pay £150 for a Haier engineer to come and fix it, so they sent an engineer who then said he couldn’t fix it, and that it’s a known manufacturing fault and not a repair, and that Haier shouldn’t be charging customers to fix it, and ever since then Haier have refused to send anyone else - trying to charge me £150 for that call-out, and until I pay it they won’t send anyone else! Basically holding me hostage. Repeating (almost as if I’m talking to AI) that it’s been repaired! Absolute madness. And NOW ignoring my emails, repeating over and over that I have to pay for the first engineer before they’ll send a second, despite him NOT fixing anything! Absolute SCAM. They’ve messed me around all year and now - as a single mum - I can’t dry my kids clothes this winter despite having spent more money than my rent on this machine a couple of years ago.You should be ashamed of yourselves Haier. Yet another heartless scammer.
