Review: Slippery handle - It is sharp, no question. But I find the handle a little slippery, it is textured but still hard plastic. It makes me feel a little uneasy using it. Perhaps the grip is better if you wear cut resistant gloves? I use it in my home kitchen. Still a good, low cost well made knife.
