The product came in new condition. But I wanted the transparent one and got the white one. Wasn't as the video on the advertisement.

I purchased this diverter to replace another diverter that was of much less quality. The previous item lasted three months before folding up and falling apart! Based on the quality of materials and design, I believe this diverter will last much, much longer. Very easy to install on my Minisplit, and it looks very nice, as well! Though somewhat pricier than other units, it is well worth the extra cost. Highly recommended!
