Horse likes it (so do I)
This bit is gentle on a horse who is not fond of bitting. I'm very pleased with how he's accepting it.The product is exactly as advertised, was delivered promptly and with no hassle.Good purchase, good seller, good product.

Sizing mattets
This is a pretty soft bit. The size was not big enough for my horse but just in trying it out on a green horse he did wonderful and loved the bit. No head throwing and more willing to give.

Works great
I usually ride my Ottb in a double jointed happy mouth bit with a roller (since she hates the nutcracker action of the single jointed bits). She worked just ok in it but she wouldn't want to slow down or collect easily, and sometimes she would be heavy on the forehand. I decided to try out this bit and I was amazed after riding for just a few minutes in it. She stopped lifting her head up most of the time I asked for collection, and she framed up beautifully and began moving forward, using her bum instead of her front end and felt as light as a feather. She usually gets very excited and rushes around the arena when she sees jumps set up (she LOVES jumping) but she actually listened to my aids and kept a nice calm pace cantering around the ring and even over the jump. I like that this bit has the copper inlay to encourage the horse's mouth to salivate and stay soft, and my horse doesn't seem to mind this bit either.

Excellent bit for fussy horses!
This bit is incredible! Not only is my horse more consistent, but he respects it enough when I make small corrections through half halts. I was struggling to find a bit he would push too, but also not take advantage of. This bit is perfect!!!!

Perfect bit for young, low palette and thick tongue horse
I have a young horse with a low palette and fleshy tongue and he loves this bit! Started him with a french link Happy Mouth and he was anything but happy - the Happy Mouth bit was just too thick for his comfort. I did need to get bit stoppers as he has yet learned to hold the bit and it can go through his mouth when he is silly - and being just four years old he is often silly.

BUT believe me it's the best so far
I haven't been able to find a bit for my horse that he would take other than the one that came with him for 7 years until now! He still chews it a bit, BUT believe me it's the best so far. We have only used it twice, but so far so good.
