These are nice looking, I liked the earpieces and it came with a very nice case. I am not an audiophile and I can not talk about the quality of the bass and the high/low tones or whatever is pertinent in this case. The quality of the sound for me was fine. All I know is I have had them for about a month and I have thrown them away. One earphone was playing audio at about half volume in comparison to the other. This is very distracting when you are trying to listen to something. I went back to some earphones I had gotten free with a Roku and I immediately noticed that the overall volume was better. As I said I am not an audiophile, so volume is the most evident quality I could pick up on. I only used them in one place, so I don't believe I abused them. I think they came to me with that flaw already built in. To be fair this could only apply to my specific pair of earphones. For the price I can't expect miracles, but I would have expected balanced sound at least.

Originally I rated these headphones with a 1-star because my pair kept shocking me in the ear.... not so awesome. But GGMM was very quick at contacting me to resolve the issue by offering me a replacement pair. They sent me a message asking me to send back the old pair and they would replace the other pair. However, I'm sorry to say I forgot all about it. My life got super busy right after with a new baby in the house. So, just a week ago I got another message saying they unfortunately never heard from me, but were just sending me my new pair! Understandably, things happen and sometimes you can get a bad set, but what I really appreciate is the quick and painless customer service like that. I've used the new headphones for a couple days and have had no issues yet.Original review:I used these mostly at work and they were great for a couple weeks.... pretty good sound, but not the best....However they just started shocking me in the ear! At first I thought no way, that didn't just happen and then thought maybe it was because I had my phone plugged in. But every few hours it would randomly shock me! Not a pleasant feeling. Very unhappy.

Horrible. Went out I haven't even had them a full week smfh. I got a replacement pair & they are very faint. Only works perfect for a few days

Good sounds, I need more bass, and the other GGMM with bass are better

I could not recommend these earphones more, they have lasted me years in the past and are so durable that you'd think they were indestructible. Whenever someone in my family or friend group is in need of some high-quality durable earphones I immediately recommend this specific company and model. I sleep with earphones in so that I can fall asleep listening to documentaries and can tell you that without a shadow of a doubt that these earphones will not only survive the nightly tossing and turning but will far longer and through even more strenuous activities.Please do yourself a favor and pick up a pair of these amazing earphones and enjoy the comfort and quality of a product which is unparalleled to any and all other earphones in the market today!

Like many other reviewers have said, these sounded great for a minute (in my case, about half a day) and then got more and more quiet until they were completely silent. Also, the "hassle free warranty" has gone like this - waiting days for a response when I emailed about the earbuds failing, receiving an email asking for pictures of the defective headphones and being given a warranty form to fill out and send back, and then waiting for who knows how long for a reply/new headphones. I'm now on day four of no response to the completed warranty form, so calling this "hassle free" is quite a stretch.UPDATE: Despite customer service leaving a comment on this review saying they'd get it sorted, they've done nothing but give me the runaround and still haven't replaced the headphones.

Left side much quieter than the right side after about a month.

Hace seis meses compré en oferta los Nightingale (también de GGMM) y me parecieron excelentes.Pedí esta vez los de oferta, los Hummingbird, pero al recibirlos vi que estaban mal inventariados–supongo–pues el empaque de GGMM dice C800 y el empaque de Amazon MX decía Hummingbird.Incluso en la página de GGMM vienen listados diferentes, aunque las especificaciones son muy parecidas, al final los C800 parecen ser más sensibles pero de calidad un poco inferior.En cuanto a calidad de sonido, los bajos no son tan buenos como los recuerdo con los Nightingale, pero están decentes.El volumen llega a ser decentemente fuerte, pero no demasiado. Sin embargo, las almohadillas bloquean buena parte del sonido exterior, incluso en un avión.De igual manera, garantía de por vida con el proveedor.Voy a ver qué tal me va con la devolución de los Nightningale por aquello de que los costos de envío para RMA suelen ser algo elevados si son internacionales... Actualización una sola semana funcionaron!!!Tan solo una semana de uso uno de ellos dejo de funcionar, un fiasco y más por el precio mejor no lo compren!!!!Fueron un regalo para mi novia, reemplazo para los de su Iphone, no la vi muy entusiasmada hasta que los probó y me habló solo para decirme que sonaban geniales, también he notado una diferencia favorable en la calidad de voz con el microfono.Se ven de calidad, espero le duren bastante tiempo.

I realize that earbuds, eventually fail on one side, but this one stopped working on one side only 2 months after I've bought it. I am not sure what to do with Amazon guarantee does not cover digital items. What a waste.I've had the exact same pair for 2 years and it worked fine, yet, this pair is clearly lower quality.

Excelente producto al precio que lo adquirí hace muchos meses. Hasta ahorita siguen funcionando. Suenan bastante bien, con buenos bajos y agudos. Hay mejores, pero mucho más caros. Los recomiendo para cualquiera que desee tener buenos audífonos a un precio accesible.

I bought these for my 14 year old son and he really loved them when he started using them. Unfortunately, after only a couple of weeks of usage, the left side stopped working. I contacted GGMM's cusotmer service and they quickly shipped me a new pair. I have received the new pair now and they work great. This is what I call excellent customer service. Thanks GGMM and keep up the good work!
