I was a bit concerned with the quality of both the tape gun and the tape itself because of the low price. I have been extremely surprised at how good everything was when it arrived. The tape gun is quality and the tape is real strong and easy to use. So much easier than fumbling around with just a roll of cheap tape.

I couldn't locate my old heavy duty tape gun dispenser, so bought this in a pinch. Literally fell apart on the first box. the spring load screw kept popping off. Three of us tried three different times to fix it, but every time we ran the tape, it fell apart again. I think this is the only crappy thing I have ever purchased on Amazon. Tape was good though.

This tape gun is great The extra 6 tape rolls were a real bonus so I didn't need to buy the tapes separately. The tapes also last long since I thought I would need all six rolls to do the job but I only needed four. The tape gun is strong, easy to use, worked well and came with an instruction sheet that was very helpful. Overall, I had a really good experience from this purchase and would recommend it.

The tape is GREAT!!! But tape gun broke day 1.. I still can't figure out how to fix it but I needed the tape so I didn't return it. I should have.

The tape dispenser is horrible! It just doesn’t work. The tape itself is thin but actually great for moving.

Works as expected. The tape that comes with it isn't top of the line and smells quite toxic but after airing out- works fine. If you're not careful you can cut yourself on the teeth that cut the tape but to get a gun with a safety is a lot more $. This is a good tape gun for the price. I recommend it.

I mainly got these to wrap up something I had to return. But then two of my roomates announced they were moving out, so I let them borrow this to pack up. The tape provided is good quality and clear, as I was able to completely coat the return label in it without ruining the important barcodes and scan points. The return processed successfully, so it didn't (seem to) cause any issues with the return carrier. And since my old roomates haven't complained about their boxes breaking open (we taped them up with an X across each seam on the bottom, then just one on the top) it seems that the tape holds well.

Every single roll except one in the package malfunctioned. That sounds ridiculous when talking about tape, but I spent the better part of an hour going through each of them and trying to get the tape to stay in tact when dispensing it but it would always tear prematurely. I attempted to get them to work in and out of the tape gun that came with the set. It tore when in the gun as well as when I delicately tried to ease the tape off the roll by hand. It always split in two.
