Now my static camera has a 360 view not just of my garden but my whole property, it takes 5 mins to fit you update the camera in the ring app then you can move the camera. It’s very cheap for the added 75% my camera can now view. Its very responsive and moves very quickly.

Just follow the instructions it's an effortless setup.its rings great quality build.turns my standard fixed cam to 360 viewing much easier to view different angles now.all cams are great image quality 1080 hd.makes my home feel more secure now.

This is 2nd I’ve purchased thes first is over looking the front of the house where I park my car. The 2nd is going to be fitted at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. Good product just overpriced as all ring products

This is good, but in if you need to change wifi or have a problem you need to take the whole bit apart...and hope setting up or fixing connection issues work the first time, especially if it is in an awkward location.One downside is it is noisy when moving the camera on recordings, so hearing lower noises is not possible I have found. The other is they don't have more in stock...the ring website just leads you back to the amazon website to buy the ring accessory products it seems

As per title. The negative I would say is that it makes the ring came quite intrusive in size. However it’s great bit of kit and will potentially purchase another to make my other stick up camera fully controllable with the pan and tilt mode.

Used to keep an eye on the pets. Works without much setup. It's great that it is able to return to its default location when you disconnect.

I am sure that once they get the marketing sorted that this will be a great item. I hope so because I want some. HOWEVER - it comes without a power adapter and for some reason, even though it requires (USB deliverable) 5 Volt power it uses a 20th century mini power jack instead of a Micro USB or USB C (like some of their other products!) To make things worse, if you can remember back to the 20th century these jacks have a POLARITY + or - and things tend to blow up if you get it wrong. Before trying it I phoned Ring support which had a hard time understanding what POLARITY was and finally told me that it didn't matter! When I then tried it was dead as a Dodo so I have given up and sent it back.To add insult to injury that have now listed a bundle with this item plus a stick up cam AND a power adapter. I have loads of their cameras already. Why should I have to buy another one just to get a part that should have been there in the first place. Summary - probably a great item but a marketing joke!

My swivel stand came bundled with a regular ring battery camera, and a cord. When I bought them, the bundle was a better deal than buying them individually.I love the swivel stand. No complaints. It will only move when you make it move through the app, by tapping the up/down/side arrows. It does not move on its own.You can set a "home" position for the camera to return to once you're done moving it around remotely.This base not only helps with seeing around the room better, but it also helps me shake cobwebs off the cameras Lol!Also, as I wrote in another review, I used one in a bedroom, so that I could set the "home" position to face the wall. That way, hopefully, there'd be more privacy when someone was in that room and the camera would not always be recording someone in the bedroom (unless someone hacks it. Hopefully that doesn't happen!) I liked having the camera face the wall, and only having it face the room when I turned it on to check the room, and swiveled it in that direction myself. Then when I was done, I could turn it to face the wall again, or if the home position I set was facing the wall, it'd swivel back there by itself (usually. Once or twice it did not. I'm not sure why.)This stand has a piece that sticks up into the battery slot of a battery operated Ring Camera, and that piece replaces the battery inside that camera, and powers the camera. This stand works off electricity, so the battery camera works off electricity too, when this is attached. There is no way (at the time I'm writing this) for this to use a battery. Both the stand, and the camera its attached to (even though the camera is a battery operated camera) will only work with electricity when this is attached. On the plus side, this will leave you with a spare battery to use somewhere else :)

El soporte funciona muy bien, permite mover la cámara y ver todo el espacio, lo único es que necesita un cable para conectarse a la luz y este debes comprarlo por separado.

Wenn man mehrere Bereiche zum abdecken hat lohnt es sich das gerät zu holen allerdings muss es an Strom angeschlossen sein und dadurch braucht die Kamera kein Akku

Ring vient de se permettre d'augmenter les prix de ses abonnements pour les caméras de surveillance de 20%, soit-disant pour de meilleures prestations dont personne n'a vraiment besoin: 40€ pour un appareil, 80€ pour deux, etc...De nombreuses marques autrement plus sérieuses proposent leur caméras sans aucun abonnement et pour les mêmes prestations et qualité d'images. Si vous posséder du matériel Ring, revendez-le: le calcul de remplacement du matériel est rapidement fait et amorti au vu des coûts prohibitifs (ils l'étaient déjà précédemment d'ailleurs) de leurs abonnements!
