I have been using them once a week for almost 4 months playing indoor turf soccer. So far, they have held up well, and are way more comfortable than the factory insoles. Not to mention, at my age of almost 50, they have helped my feet and legs by reducing post-game soreness and pain, tremendously. They are pricey, but I also swap them with my 2nd pair of shoes when playing on court surfaces, and they even fit my pair of dirt cleats if I ever play outdoors.. so the price does not get wasted on just a single pair of boots. I like them so well in fact, that I am considering buying a second pair just to have as backup.

I picked these up after about a year of playing Ultimate in my current cleats. My old insoles were worn through with holes and I was starting to experience pain my feet after playing. Once I got these, it was pretty easy to cut down to size by following the marked grooves in the bottom of the insoles. After playing several games with them I'd say they're a big step up from the basic Nike insoles that come with most cleats. They provide more arch support so your cleats may feel a bit more snug. After a bit of re-lacing and running around though I quickly adjusted. My feet no longer hurt after playing even after several hours so I'd say they're successful. I'd recommend them if you're getting foot pain or if you've already worn through your existing insoles. They're a bit pricey, but its cheaper than buying new cleats.

I was so happy with the insoles, they didn't look like much when they arrived and I was skeptical but that changed as I was playing. After the full game with no subs, my feet didn't hurt and were still comfortable. If I do need to buy another pair, I would definitely buy these.

My son swears by these arches for all of his athletic shoes. Football and baseball shoes become much more comfortable and cushioned with these inserts. Help relieve sore feet and give great arch support.
