Not Living Up To Their Name
This product was not as good as I expected it to be. The conditioner was more like creme rinse and extremely liquidy. No matter how long I kept in on it did not condition my hair. The only way to get some condition out of it was to comb through my hair in the shower with a brush. I was very disappointed in this product. I use their other products and they are great!

Not happy with it leaves my hair a little dry. I have very dry and coarse hair.

Should be vacuum sealed in a box not a plastic bag
The company needs to implement a quality control system. The package arrived in a plastic bag, inside 3/4 of the whole contents spilled inside I am not happy with this purchase one bit. See pics
