Absolutely love this set! The fluorescent colors are so bright, exactly what I was looking for. I go to this brand for most of my oil pastel artwork, using my very expensive set just for last touches. Mungyo oil pastels blend very nicely, don't need oil to blend like the Pentel brand (my least favorite). I will definitely buy these again because I know I'm going to use them up quickly. Please excuse the poor photo, it's from my Fire tablet, it has the absolute worst camera for artwork.

Wanted some Florescent & colors to help with lighting/shading...these kinda do the job, but crumbled & left a trail of for lack of better term “crumbs”. I will say they blend okay, the metallic ones not so much though. Overall you get what you pay for, simply cheap but nice looking pastels.

i only use munygyo they are awsome smooth great blending geat colors and the price is perfect..they may usable for all types of work and from beginner to professional artist.

i have bought and used sennelier pastels which are of course top tier, but mungyo comes very close in second to sennelier. i love my mungyo set. the colors are vivid and blend beautifully!

I have used these before and bought them again. They are great for the work I do.

I was gifted the 40 pack of the same brand last year, very good, high quality pastles. this smaller pack is not good, the colors are translucent, you would do better with the crayola brand

Good value for special effects. Worth it for the pops of fluorescence and subtle shimmer that can augment a main set. The Metallics are creamy and go on somewhat matte, and they don't look metallic in the box, however when blended have a subtle metallic sheen. The higher quality and more expensive Sennelier iridescent set is more metallic and may be what you want, however this set can give some fun pop on a budget. The two pictures show the difference between lay down and blended.
