Cheaper than michaels and seem like a nice quality

Love these brushes - They have helped me paint looser watercolor. Can come to a point, but also can shape to be a square. Holds a lot of paint/water. I have really loved them. They loose hair at first - but keep using them and then they are GREAT!

I use them for watercolor painting and they're decent for the price. The one con is that they shed, leaving hairs on your painting. Maybe they'll stop shedding over time, but at the beginning it's fairly significant

I paid $7.99 for the set of three. Wow! I think any one of these brushes is worth more than that. So, yeah, "goldilocks" because a really nice all around brush. Not too soft, not too stiff. Holds ink really well and offers a nice degree of control with little effort. These brushes aren't quite snappy enough to completely come back to shape as you come off the page; but just a wee twist while you're coming up will bring them back to a nice straight point.

So far so good, the bristle stay and glide well. My daughter loved them and they are pretty good for beginners.

I bought these to apply glazes to pottery. I take underglaze, water it down and use these to ‘flood’ an area on the pottery that I’ve stamped. They work so well. The tips of the brushes pick up just the right amount of underglaze.

They are beautiful to look at, I followed the instructions on conditioning brushes. Then had to give them a try. I was equally impressed with the clean brush strokes.
