How can I adjust the mixer, because the mixer does not touch the bottom of the container, when I mix cakes, the mixture sticks to the bottom

If it's the whisk you are having trouble with you can squeeze it enough that it will bend and touch the bottom of the bowl.

Are the blades for the blender removable?

Can it be used with a sausage stuffing attachment?

I have, it works OK, but it must rest frequently, and it does not push the product through like a sausage stuffer would. You will need stuffing tubes, the ones that fit my Kitchenaid worked.

Where can I buy the attachments

Supposedly from the company but good luck with that as their "customer service" is non existent. It does not fit the Kitchen Aide ones so don't try. Do NOT buy this! There are off brands that fit Kitchen Aide accessories. Buy one of those!!!
