It gets a one star for the pretty color, but as others have pointed out (and I should have paid these complaints more mind), the holster will not stick to at least 4 different desks/tables I have tried them on. When it does stick, either the weight of the item/items will either pull the holster off the table, or the silicon is not stiff or sturdy enough to support the item, and the item will just flip out onto the ground. I think having to tape or glue the holster in place, defeats the purpose of having a portable craft holder in the first place. Unfortunately, I also ordered their glue gun holder as well that is equally useless. I had hope to use this smaller holster for the extra glue sticks. I threw away the original packaging, but hope I can still return both. I'd thought I'd post a review before contacting customer service. If I can't return them for a refund, it will be an expensive lesson. If they would at least stay put, I could have used them for lighter objects like paintbrushes.

Once removed from the initial position it won't hold well. I cleaned the surface of the holster, cleaned the table ( same surface) but it still fell down in the middle of the night...I would not buy again!

Love this for keeping glue gun in and having glue sticks available right there when you need them. II doesn't stick to some tables, so recommend using some double stick tape as I did.

This is just as everyone said, it doesn’t stay in place. I tried it on several surfaces and it was in the floor within a few minutes. I’m giving it a 2 because it is nice to keep a hot glue gun on.

I got it for something else but it holds great on the granite counter. It holds the dog's bags and my sun glasses for taking the dog for a walk

I’ve ordered these twice and both times they have arrived filthy. They look like they’ve been in someone’s greasy garage. I’ll be returning the second set as well as the first.

Does not stick! I tried multiple surfaces and it hit the floor within seconds. I cleaned it well and tried it again, when I thought it had stuck in place I put a hot glue gun in it and it fell and burned my foot. I hate this product! Don’t waste your time or money! It’s way too expensive for something that doesn’t work at all!

Love that it sticks to your work top. It's such a nice accessory for crafting. I'm using it a lot with my mini glue gun. Love, Love, Love!

I actually like this silicone holster however there are times when the weight of the glue gun and power cord causes it to fall off the end of the craft desk. This is not actually a design fault but rather the fact that if you have a powered only glue gun, like I have, then the cord is what adds the extra weight which causes the problem. I just added a hook to my desk on which to hang the power cord. However, it would be nice if one more section could be added to this in which to house the power cord. Other than this it is a great item for your craft room and I would recommend it. Check it out for yourself, if you are not happy, then return it.

Thought it’s a bit overpriced but if it means it’s going to protect surfaces from heat and glue it’s worth it haven’t used yet quite a decent size

Love this item always had a problem with where to store hot gun, now I dont, it's just hanging off my table nice and handy

Great item, it sticks really well to the surface and is useful for holding other items as well.
