The band on the hat was off the hat and crushed in the box. After taking hat out of the box, the top of the hat was squished, I can not get it to go straight. Cheap and I threw it out out. Waste of money

I was so happy when i saw reviews saying that it was packaged really well but when i opened the box i could tell something went wrong. Still i unpackaged it hoping for the best but unfortunately the damage to the hat makes it unwearable so i have to return it even though i was so excited :(

The long description of this hat included claims that were not true such as saying the hat was made of felt, had a wide brim, and was adjustable.The hat material had no wool in it at all. Sorry, but cotton and polyester are not felt. The wide brim was not wide at all... More like 2 - 3 inches at best. As far as being adjustable, I am doubtful that the very tiny, (1/8",) ribbons would have worked.The hat did come with a sturdy plastic form inside of the hat that could protect the brim. The bad news was when I removed the form and the cardboard, one side of the hat was no longer flat. Had the hat been made of felt it could have been steamed and shaped. Unfortunately I wasn't willing to see what would happen if I steamed it.I started the return within the hour after it arrived.It would be fine for a kid's Halloween costume

I have one of these in black as well. The only problem I have is the fact that they arrive crushed. Wrinkly. I steamed the hat as best I could. It’s a cheap hat. However , it is one of my favorites to wear. I have received quite a few compliments .

This hat is super cute and I love its fit. The tie string in the inside really helps it stay snug on my head as well. The only thing I don't like is the fact that the ribbon just above the brim isn't the most secured... seems a bit of a quick afterthought.
