I recently added the Lewis-Plast Premium Saline Sterile First Aid Wipes to my kit, and for their specific purpose, they are an excellent, high-quality choice. I'd give them a solid 4.6/5 based on general consumer feedback. These wipes are soaked in a sterile saline solution, making them the safest and gentlest option for cleaning minor cuts, scrapes, and abrasions before applying a dressing. The fact that they are 100% alcohol-free is a major selling point, as it ensures they won't sting or damage tissue, making them perfect for children and sensitive skin. They are individually wrapped and users consistently report that they stay moist and effective over time. The only potential downside is that being saline only, they don't contain a dedicated antiseptic agent, so you need to follow up with an antiseptic cream or spray if true disinfecting is needed. For general, non-irritating wound cleansing, however, they are a must-have. Small and not too thick but easy to use.

Good value for money box. The wipes themselves are a good quality material and not over dry or over saturated. Ideal for replenishing home or office first aid kits. No strong odour, I’m no expert so take it on trust that they are antibacterial would recommend.

These Lewis-Plast wound cleansing wipes are great for quick and easy first aid. Each wipe is 8cm x 8cm folded into quarters, then individually packed, making them hygienic and convenient to carry for on the go. They clean wounds gently and effectively. These are a must have for your first aid kit or in your bag if you have accident prone young children. Each wipe is nicely soaked in saline, to help affectively clean the wound. The material is also nice and soft, helping not to cause further irritation when cleaning a wound. I also keep them to help easily clean gastrostomy my feeding tube site. These are so good I’m on my 2nd box of them, will be absolutely buying another when these have run out!

I bought these Lewis-Plast saline wipes thinking they would double up as pre-injection wipes, purely because it said that they are suitable for use before injections and piercings. That was my mistake rather than the product’s, but it is worth clarifying that these are saline wound-cleansing wipes, and NOT alcohol or antiseptic prep wipes, like I thought they were. If you use them for what they are actually designed for then they are really good, as the wipes are nice and thick, properly saturated and a lot larger than the usual tiny swabs you get with nearly every alcohol pre-injection wipes. One of these wipe easily cleans a decent area of skin without drying out halfway through, which makes them much nicer to use on cuts, grazes or irritated skin. They’re alcohol free, so there’s no stinging, and they’re gentle enough for regular use. I’ve just used them to clean a minor wounds before applying a dressing and they did that job perfectly. They’re individually wrapped and sterile, which is what you want for first aid, and a box of 100 for around a fiver is excellent value. Even at the normal price they’re cheaper than most branded pre-injection wipes, and noticeably better quality in terms of thickness and size. Where they lose a star is the wording on the listing. Claims like antiseptic and antibacterial are misleading when the active ingredient is just 0.9 percent sodium chloride. They clean, they don’t disinfect. For injections, I now know they’re fine on visibly clean skin if you’re already washing properly, but they are not a replacement for alcohol prep wipes if you specifically want disinfection. As wound-cleaning wipes, though, they’re solid, well made and good value. Just don’t buy them expecting them to be something they’re not.

A good quality wipe, size is just right and doesn't have an overpowering smell as other antiseptic wipes I've used previously have. Very well priced, easy to store and very easy to unwrap and use effectively.

I recently had upper eyelid, blepharoplasty surgery. I bought these wipes to clean the suture line on my upper eyelid to avoid the harsher alcohol-based ones on such delicate skin. In the first week after surgery, I was using these several times a day to keep the site clean and infection-free. They were excellently suited to the job. The size of the square is quite small, but perfectly adequate for a small wound site. I love the one-use disposable nature and the ease of use as I was not able to wash the area properly with soap and water for the first week. I have some of these left over and will pop the remainder into the first aid kits that I have set up in my car and bathroom cabinet at home. I imagine they’ll come in useful for cleaning small cuts and grazes.

Perfette. Le tengo in borsa e sono tornate utili in varie occasioni. Essendo imbustate ad una ad una, le puoi portare comodamente ovunque. Non bruciano. Le ho utilizzate con mio figlio di 5 anni e date ad una mamma per la figlia di 3 e confermo che non bruciano e fanno perfettamente il loro dovere. Consigliate!

Die Tücher sind super für den Einsatz in der Schule, da sie nur Kochsalzlösung enthalten und dadurch sehr schonend sind. Sie reinigen zuverlässig, ohne zu reizen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Tücher etwas klein sind, aber für den alltäglichen Gebrauch (kleine Schürfwunden) reichen sie gut aus. Insgesamt ein praktisches und sicheres Produkt für den Schulalltag.

Vraiment très pratique ! Elles ne prennent pas de place et désinfectent bien, parfait pour mettre dans le sac à langer et désinfecter les petits bobos lors des chutes en balade. Ne pique pas. Quantité largement suffisante !
