Great value for a quality product
First off, these are compression clothes, if you aren’t reasonably fit for your height, BMI, then you may have a tough time getting into & out of them, especially the shirt. Consider a larger size. Overall the quality & fit is excellent. I was a little concerned that at the price point that they would not offer the compression that I was after, but that concern was unfounded. The cut, seams and fit are excellent with no binding, chafing or creeping after extended wear & vigorous activity. The shirt has a grip coating inside the bottom hem. It will stay in place on your skin or probably some other material but it doesn’t grip well to the matching bottoms. Not a problem as it will end up at your belt line and stay there. The shirt is cut long, around 4”-6” below your belt line. The breathability is exceptional, any better and you’ve have to run naked. Actually these are better than naked because they evaporate the sweat instead of it pouring off your body. If you are running or working out in front of a fan, you can feel the air against your bare skin. I’ve run several 5K’s in typical Florida heat, in both the shorts, & full length pants and of course the shirt. I opt for the long pants as they provide support for my calves and they are actually cooler due to the improved sweat evaporation than just the shorts. I’m considering going with the long sleeve shirt for the same reason. Running solitary, I wouldn’t worry too much about modesty, the bottoms do a good job keeping everything in place and smoothed. If you run an event or work out around other people, then you might want to wear some running shorts. Be sure to find the lightest, thinest, no liner, side cut shorts that you can, anything worn over (or under) will feel hot. Same if you decide to wear something over the shirt. My first time out, I wore a t-shirt which was a mistake. I won’t wear anything but the CompressionZ layer unless I need the shorts for modesty. I didn’t know quite what to expect in the way of performance but afterwards it was immediately apparent. Since I mainly wear these while running, keeping your muscles supported & keeping them from jarring/moving/flopping when they relax while your feet pound the pavement makes a tremendous difference in recovery afterwards. This was most evident in my calves. With my calve muscles slamming with each step, they’d ache for days afterwards. Keeping them supported prevents that pain and I can easily run consecutive days. The same is true for your pects, oblique back muscles, glutes etc. Overall, I’m very pleased wth the product, a few more color selections would be really nice. Since I work out every day, I reordered several more sets to get me between washings. A great value in compression wear.

You will throw rocks at any other brand after using these for a week.
I am impressed with the personalization of service. These compression shorts broke my heart. They broke my heart, because now I have to throw away all of my other Under Armour shorts after using your Compressionz. I want to karate chop Under Armour to the throat for making me believe I was paying for high quality compression shorts. After wearing Compressionz, I noticed an immediate difference in construction, quality and thickness of fabric in other brands. If I'm going to be completely honest, I’m a 53 year old, 6’2 , 248 lbs overweight guy desperately trying to get back into shape before my wedding in April of this year. Since using Compressionz shorts daily for two weeks, I can say without hesitation it’s been the best investment of any health product I have ever made. Great fit, very comfortable and they actually do what they say they will do which is promotes faster muscle recovery. I hate doing leg work, squats and lunges are sadistic and the soreness which accompanies leg work is nightmarish. I would rather have my eyes rinsed with lemon juice than go through the recovery stages of a leg workout. Compressionz have eliminated that fear by removing the pain. I actually run now.. not far mind you and not fast, but I run. My upper thighs which would make me wince after a workout have not caused me one ounce of regret. My calves are another story, maybe I should try the socks or the pants, though the pants seem to be a lot of work to put on or take off. Under Armour.. shame on you! I want my money back on all the overpriced granny panties you have been selling me under the guise of compressions shorts. I loved these so much I just purchased three more because at the rate I was going I would wear the first pair out in no time... if that is even possible.

Strong compression, smooth and soft fabric, can't beat the price!
I love these shorts! The material is top notch and far superior to the other brands of compression shorts that I own. They are far and away superior to Under Armour and they hold up. I make a point to always wash my compression shorts separate from my other clothes because they need to be washed on cold and tumble dried in order to preserve their compression ability. Pros: - Keep their compression strength after multiple washes (provided you wash them in accordance with their directions) - Fabric is absolutely AWESOME. They have a super soft and smooth feel to them and also are very strong. - They dont move much once you get them adjusted. I personally like when they come all the way up to the crotch , the reason I like that is because it keeps your twig and berries from contact with your inner leg, this is also the reason I gave four stars (see my cons list). Cons: - Unless you make a point to pull the inseam all the way up to the crotch, then your manhood will rub against, or stick to the inside of your leg. I do NOT like that. BUT you can get around that by pulling the inseam all the way up and then it doesn't move. - The waist band has a seam that can dig in to your sides, but I get around this by rolling them at the time and then I am good. This is something that I find to be common in all compression under garments because they have to be able to be strong enough to actually compress. Recommendation to CompressionZ: - If you are able to manufacture these shorts with a pouch of some sorts like the Saxx underwear or MyPakage, to keep the manhood in place and from contact with the inner leg, then I would buy these up like crazy and I have a suspicion that anyone else would too! Overall: The fabric is FAR SUPERIOR to UA, its strong and smooth with a solid combination of Nylon and Spandex, not like the weak and rough polyester blends. The compression is awesome, I just love the feel of them on me. The compression pants by CompressionZ are also great, but they really need help on making that waist band not dig in and then finding a way to keep your junk from touching your inner legs. The length is perfect and overall I would STRONGLY recommend these shorts to anyone if you like the strong compression feeling. For the price, you just cannot beat them. I will continue to buy these up like its cool.

Durable with real compression
I have had one pair for several months and just bought another. As a triathlete, I work out hard and for long periods of time in the gym and outside. I tend to wear only the compression shorts without any other shorts covering them. I have tried many other brands including Champion, ASICS, Under Armour, and several off brands. Under Armour used to have the best but have since declined in quality, especially the thickness of the shorts and the compression. These shorts have compression which keeps the legs from riding up your thigh and the material is thick enough to wear these by themselves (unless you are super shy or discrete; these will show your man parts a little but who cares when you have just finished an hour long run?). Also, no tie string is important to me too which these do not have. Just slip them on and you are ready to go! No weird rubbing, the waist does not fold over, and they dry quickly. A really great short and a great price.

Pretty good I'd say!
I'm athletic (not Insanity athletic but I go to the gym ~3x a week and run regularly), 6ft 195 and wear 33/34 waist jeans. I have fairly big thighs (you won't find me wearing skinny jeans). I've never worn compression anything before and these were my first try. I bought the medium and they fit fine. I wasn't sure at first because they look tiny and they're tight! I heard the waistband snapping and I tried to put them on but once I got them on, I had full movement and they feel "right"? I don't think I'd get the large because they're supposed to be tight and I don't think the snapping sounds I hear really do any harm as it's not like they ripped or anything as far as I know. I equate the experience to putting on a wet suit because it's skin tight! I don't know how much of it was mental in terms of helping with endurance but it does help keep all the moving parts from moving! It's like a sports bra for your buttocks! :) Overall, I like them enough to grab another pair since I run frequently and I originally bought these for the Tough Mudder I have coming up (I wanted to give them a try before trying them for the first time). I don't know how they're supposed to exactly work but I can say both the inside AND outside was soaked so it's not like it magically kept me dry...

Great compression
These shorts are exactly what I wanted. The compression on them is great. I ordered the first pair by my waist size and they fit well however I was even happier ordering one size smaller. I like a firm compression and I strongly recommend ordering one size down if you’re fit. For reference: I’m 5’7”, 180lbs with a 32” waist and a bodybuilders physique. A large fits well, a medium fits better. These bottom of the shorts land just above my knee. Fabric quality is great. I have yet to test their durability so we will see how well they hold up over time. These are now my go-to brand for compression shorts. I highly recommend these shorts for anyone looking for a true compression short.

Good quality, but a couple of design flaws are holding it back
SIZING: I am 6"1' and 195 lbs. The large size fit perfectly. PROS: Quality of material and construction is excellent. The elastic waistband is sewed inside of the material too. The seams are heavy and well constructed. They provide good compression, but not too restrictive. Ventilation is also good. Length is perfect - just above the knee. CONS: Design Flaw #1: These are sold for men, but they have forgotten about anatomy a bit. A little more room for the twig and berries would be nice. The shorts simply push the "manhood" back, but provide no under support for the boys. Design Flaw #2: This is a BIG problem. The rear top panel may look cool, but it is serves no useful purpose. The seam at the bottom of this panel rides right along the top of the crack at the tailbone - terrible location. While this does not affect most of my workout, it creates a great deal of discomfort when doing sit ups or any lower-rest type exercise. Even 25 sit-ups will start to create some chaffing across the tailbone and top of the crack. I have a rash from these after only one workout. SUMMARY: Quality is good, but design is flawed. A couple of simple changes will make these perfect (5 stars). Until then, I cannot recommend them - especially for crossfit exercise. They may be good for other activities, but not for lower-rest exercises (sit-ups, etc.). The manufacturer is close to a very good product, but has sacrificed functionality for the "cool factor" with that useless back panel. That lower seam is, literally, a pain in the @$$ and, as a result, I will have to return them.

Good for women post hip surgery
Great for me, as a woman, following a hip and knee surgery. It gives good compression to the hip area. The womens' "compression shorts" were more like spandex yoga pants material. A smaller waist to hit ratio in the mens compression shorts ensures a good feeling of compression.

Excellent service, very durable and comfortable product.
My super experience with this seller says it all: Hi Peter, Thanks for the compression pants. I am a size 35" so I ordered the next size group ( large at 35" to 38") so as to be on the lower end of the pants size. I tried them on and, omigod! They are still very tight on the waist. I don't have a beer gut and hoped that I would get used to them for my impending mud obstacle race. I have tried in vain to stretch them somewhat to no avail and unfortunately I have disposed of the packaging as I did not anticipate any long term discomfort. So essentially, despite the right sizing based on the information given, I suffer from horrible stomach pains very soon after wearing these. I thought I would be kidding myself if I thought I was a mighty XL boy but this seems to be the case! I am not in a position to buy another pair and the current pair have been worn and washed a couple of times now so I am in a bit of a quandary to be honest. Would you be able to offer any assistance or solution in the matter please? Norman --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Norman, Thank you for writing to us.
