Simply the best set of pans I have ever used
This is an absolutely cracking set of kitchen pans. In fact I would go so far as to say that this is quite simply the best set of pans I have ever owned and here is why…You receive 3 different sized pans in the set, a 16cm Saucepan, a 18cm Saucepan, a 20cm Saucepan and 1 Ingenio stainless steel handle. One of the favourable differences between this set over a regular pan set is the unique handle attachment. The handle is removable and can be used to clip on to any of the three pans in the set. It is simple to operate by pushing down on a large button on the underside of the handle to grip and lock it in place, and then to release it again there are two buttons which need to be pressed together, one located on either side of the grip which will release its jaws. Its basic but just works and works well. The grip is solid and I have no concerns about it slipping or falling off easily. Because it has this unique detachable handle design it means that storage is a lot more easy for those with limited cupboard space or for those that just like precision and uniformity. The manufacturers also claim it will hold up to 10kg of weight for your added reassurance. The pans themselves look super smart and ooze quality and are clearly a premium quality product. Just as well really as they do command a premium price tag to match. To be fair though, after literally a handful of uses I can see why. The pans are thick and heavy gauge and both look and feel supremely robust and sturdy. They are suitable for all hob types including induction although I can only attest to their heating abilities over a gas range. They come with the iconic Tefal thermo spot base which indicates when your pan has reached its optimum cooking temperature. The heat dispersion is really rather good and every part of the pan heats evenly unlike some cheaper pans.I really cannot fault this in set in anyway and would hesitate to recommend these pans to any one. My advice, don’t waste your money on inferior sets. Invest in a good quality set like this that will last you a very long time. The manufacturers are clearly confident enough with their product that they come with a 10 year guarantee. Simply the best pans and worth every penny. Perfect!

Genius design
I love the design of these Tefal Ingeneio pans, they are perfect for compact kitchens with very little space as they are stackable plus only one handle is used for all 3 pans, it attaches & detaches with ease simply by pressing both the red buttons either side of the handle simultaneously, once you’ve pushed these buttons the lower lever underneath the handle extends along with the metal grip which allows you to secure it to the rim of the pan, once you’ve got it into position click the lower lever & it locks in place. The ingenious design of this sturdy handle also makes them suitable for use in the oven, fridge & dishwasher, I also like having the Tefal thermo-signal on the pans which indicates when your pan has reached optimal temperature & is ready to cook. The titanium anti-scratch non stick coating performs very well & should last a good few years if looked after properly as according to the care instructions included. The packaging they come in is minimal which is great for the environment, I have a very small kitchen with very little storage space so these are perfect for me as they are so easy to store, they take up so much less space than my previous traditional fixed handled pans do.The thermo fusion bases on the pans make them suitable for use on all hobs including induction, this is much more convenient than the either/or type you usually find which always restrictive.

Exceptional Quality & Great Heat Distribution
Already own a set of Tefal Ingenio pans which are not dissimilar in size but the difference in quality is really noticeable by a mile. I have enclosed pics of a single pan from each set side by side - the left pan is the Ingenio Unlimited and the right pan from my original set, and hope the pictorial comparison will help with which set you choose. My original set were rrp'd at around £70 but I managed to get them in an Amazon deal so definitely worth keeping a check on price. My original set although lightweight have served me well although they are now starting to show wear and tear both inside and out where my lovely husband keeps using metal utensils in them and also where the original clip on handle has marked the edges of the pans. They are also unsuitable for induction hobs. The Ingenio Unlimited set of 3 pans 16/18/20cm and handle just look and feel superbly made, robust and much heavier than my originals. I have a portable induction hob that I use in our motorhome so have tried out the claim of faster heating and even heat distribution and I can confirm it is accurate. I purchased separately the large ingenio fry pan that has the thermo signal but the reaction from the Ingenio Unlimited is faster and more even. Got to say that these totally outperform my old set and so far the 'new type' handle (which can carry up to 10kg and is guaranteed for 10yrs) hasn't marked any of the pans after popping it on/off 10x on each pan so fingers crossed that continues. Not a single bad thing to say about the set just full of praise for the quality of manufacture and how well they are performing.

Compact set
I love this saucepan set because it saves so much space in my tiny kitchen. They stack beautifully and only take up a small amount of space. The handle clicks on smoothly and the saucepans are solid. I would recommend washing these by hand as it keeps the coating intact. I like the design of the saucepans as I have taken the handle off and put this on the table as a rustic serving dish. I have had no issues with food sticking and the non- stick is actually really good on these pans. Overall, a good set with a sturdy feel and even heat transfer, and the greatest part is that it just takes up a small amount of cupboard space. When I attached the handle to the pan while on a flat service, the edges could be easily scratched, so I would recommend lifting the pan from the surface before attaching the handle. It would have been better to have a rubber seal on the part which attaches to the pan.

A pan set for those of us with a small kitchen.
The set of pans are designed with modern, smaller sized properties in mind, they are easy to store and take up much less room than standard pans. The pans all share the same easy to clip on and off handle, which when clipped on is really secure and does an excellent job and when removed allows you to use the pan in the oven and stack them within each other. Each pan has the classic tefal base which shows you when it has reached cooking temperature.I have an induction stove and these work perfectly on that. The bases of the pans spread the heat evenly, meaning there are no hot spots for the food to catch on and burn, which means that you aren’t stuck standing over them constantly stirring the contents and they can be left on a low light simmering.Cleaning is easy thanks to the non stick surface which, as the name suggests, doesn’t allow things to stick.
