This is one of those things that if you have a specific use for them it works very nicely. I purchased some poly zip envelopes that had little label slots on the outside. I was looking for something of small label size that was already cut to size. I needed to be able to pull them in and out easily as I was writing dates things were due and the label info would change often. I love that it comes with four different colors. It helps to color code for different purposes. It really helps me to keep my vet paperwork for my foster kittens organized. They are made of a thinner cardstock material. So sturdy enough for my single use purpose.

I am sorting a bunch of tools and hardware onto some bookshelves I repurposed to a basement/garage shop. The shelving units are 7' high and 3' wide and I have five of them, which makes for a lot of storage. I am using these 3" x 1" tinted cards to label shelves for two reasons. One, so I know where to place items into a particular category. For example, when it comes to nails, screws, nut. bolts, etc., you can rapidly lose control of what is supposed to go where. The second reason is so I can actually FIND stuff after it is all sorted! When the area was a mess I knew where things were from repeated searches, but it always took more time than it should to find a particular fastener. Once it all is sorted, everything will be accessible from a labeled space and labeled containers.These are made from card stock paper, so will last a lot longer than cutting ordinary paper. I attached 3" x 1" plastic holder sleeves with adhesive on the back to the front edge of the wooden shelves. Those holder sleeves are open across the 3" top edge, so it is super easy to change the card if you reorganize or need to add a new category to an existing label.The package contains 25 each in four different colors. The colors can be used for broad categories, such as yellow denoting all fasteners with several shelves of fasteners all in the same color but the text specifying the specific type of fastener on a shelf.I have the capacity to make my own sticky labels, but I prefer to use these holders because they provide flexibility to change things around. With the sticky labels, sometimes peeling them off leaves some residue behind, but with these cards you just slip them in or out of the holder sleeves which is faster and cleaner.They cost $7.99 which is $0.08 each. For the convenience and ability to find stuff rapidly, that is a small price to pay. I do not need 100 so I will have plenty left over to use if I change things around later.

There’s only so much you can say about white cardstock. It’s paper. It’s white. It exists.What I do like is that these are already cut to 3 x 4 inches, which saves the hassle of measuring and trimming your own inserts. If you’re using standard label holders, that convenience is really the main reason to buy something like this.The cardstock itself has a nice feel to it and doesn’t seem flimsy. It has enough stiffness that I think it should slide into holders easily without curling up or looking cheap.I’m also curious to see how it handles different pens, markers, and printer ink over time, especially if you’re using these for labels that get changed out regularly. So far, though, I haven’t seen anything concerning.At around $8 for 100 cards, the price seems reasonable considering they’re already cut and ready to use.Sometimes “it’s the right size and I didn’t have to cut 100 pieces of cardstock myself” is enough of a win.

The labels are a great idea and might work with the magnetic holders they are sold with. They however don't work with other devices because they aren't actually the size they are advertised as. The papers when they arrived are too small for the drawer front labels I was hoping to use them for. They measure 3/4 x 2 inches which might work for some but didn't work for me. I really wish they were as expected because I did a lot of measuring and testing before I ordered them. If you are really in the details these labels are not for you.

I picked up these 2x4 inch labels to use as base cardstock for medium sized craft tags. I wanted a stark white durable cardstock to build layers on and something that would take ink, glue, and other water-based fluids without falling apart. It turns out the labels are not quite 2 inches in width and are actually 1 5/8th inch wide. It did not matter at all for my purposes, but if you want a true 2-inch-wide card these are not.They are cut well, and they are pure white in color. The cardstock is thick enough to be durable, but I was still able to easily use paper punches to punch holes and round corners. I did not try a wide range of media on these yet, but I can say they pick up and hold ink well from stamps and blending sponges. I like that the corners are not precut, and they come without precut tag holes, giving them more versatility for crafting. I can form them into tags or use them for journal plates, etc. They are slightly more expensive than tags made for crafting, but to me the versatility is worth the little bit of extra expense.

These label insert cards are exactly what I needed! The cardstock is nice, good thickness, and sturdy, so the cards don't feel flimsy. The 3x4 size is convenient and gives you plenty of room to write or print whatever information you need. I'm using them essentially as flash cards for a big test, and they are perfect. Having 100 cards in the pack is also great because there's plenty to use. Simple product, but good quality and very useful for keeping things labeled, organized, or for other uses.

Should have read reviews. Not 1” wide, closer to .81” not sure why they title it as 3x1 when it’s not 3x1. So do I have to look for 3x1.19”?
