Does this provide uva & uvb protection

This is a fixture that comes with a ShadeDweller 7% UVB bulb, this amount UVB is not ideal for Lizards as they require 12% or higher for the most part. I use this for some my snakes. If you want something bigger then I recommend a Arcadia Pro T5 which at 12% is what I use for my BTS. This does not come with any protection against UVB

Any tips on fitting this, I find it very fiddly. No addesive to stick reflective strip with mine.
