Too thin to do much
Used for sleeping during campout, didn't really do much. The foam is closed cell, so it's not great for laying down on and thus the rocks basically were lightly cushioned. If you just need A mat for something like yoga it'll do the trick but you get what you pay for.

Pros:-It's lightweight-It's made out of closed cell foam so it's water resistantCons:-NOT 3/8" even though it says so in both the item description and on the package. Closer to 1/4" (aka 2/8")-Appears to be made out of a less durable foam than other pads I have and/or have seen. e.g. if you press your finger nail into the foam, it leaves an the indentationOverall:This is a very lightweight pad that will not hold up to long term trail use.

lite pad
I have a disability that prevents me from doing a lot of things. Like camping. This pad is the perfect size for whatever I need it for. It's comfortable and adds another layer of comfort to any sleeping bag.

Works Great!
Light weight, and easy to transport! We use these for camping all the time. They are lightweight enough to use for backpacking, but we have not done that yet. My young children use these and have no complaints, though I use something thicker.

Very Light weght and comfy
I'm quite happy. The padding is good and it is VERY light weight. I cut it in half and am using the 2 pieces as saet padding in a very light weight kit airplane, reducing my upholstery weight by a factor of 1/6.
