🐎Nice Quality Leather and Very Pretty🐎
It seems to be very nice quality leather because mine was super soft and flexible upon arrival. It is always a must for me to have prime shipping, but sometimes this seller does offer prime. My horse (15 hands) has a smaller head and needs the pony size, but it is super adjustable so that is nice if you need to use one for multiple horses. It also has leather padding where each buckle is under the chin. I can see it being a problem if you are not attentive when you put it on because you do not want them to fold in and create discomfort for the horse. The top of bridle that creates the poll pressure is very wide, so hopefully it will create nice even pressure over a wider surface. It is ideally a side pull that mimics the Dr. Cook bridle for a much more affordable price (this comes with a nice set of reins too!).

Good bridle for price
Great leather, although the reins are flat. If you like that, then they are great, otherwise you'll probably want to replace with some rubber or braided reins. The noseband is well padded and I like that the crown is shaped for comfort. The size I needed for my warmblood was out of stock so I went with a little smaller size. It works, so there's quite a range in the holes, however I probably should've gone a size up for his warmblood head. Otherwise I'm very happy with it!

Love the bridle except...
The bridle overall is great. One issue is purely cosmetic, the straps that attach to the reins are backwards. The main issue with it is that, when using the reins, they don't slide smoothly through the rings and tend to get stuck. This is in spite of cleaning and conditioning the leather. My horse tolerated the bridle well though so if they made the straps a bit thinner it would probably be great.

Liberating experience
We have very energetic and forward-going Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse mare 15.2hh. I had a vision that she would benefit from going bitless and ran into this bridle on Amazon. The bridle is of very good quality and very adjustable. The horse is on last holes on cheek pieces and throat lash but extras can be punched if necessary. I also had to punch a hole about 1 inch from last manufactured hole in the chinstrap to make it tighter to follow instructions for fitting. This was not a big deal. The horse is happy and I am happy too because she finally relaxed and is not bracing. Steering and stopping present no problems. I think it's liberating experience for both horse and rider. You can see video of her (her name is Midnight Star) riding bitless on Facebook #lifelinesaveshorses.

A little difficult to figure out.
First off it ended up being too small. I am pretty sure I did the measurements correctly. Then it was difficult to figure out how to put it on. I will give it one more try. Plan to return the medium and try a large. Hopefully it will fit.

Good quality, but my horse goes better in another bitless bridle
Although this is well made & looks decent, my horse did not seem to care much for it. Not sure if it was the pressure under her jaw caused by the cross straps or what, but she was much less responsive than when we use a more simple rope nose style where there’s nothing under her jaw. I highly recommend the weaver rope nose attachment which attaches to any bridle you already have in place of the bit-you just add a chin strap to the back & you’ve saved $50+ buying yet another bridle. Live & learn.

Good quality, versatile, bitless bridle
If you ride bitless, this is a great bridle option. I have an OTTB that I ride in this bridle. We do multiple disciplines and activities (english, western, trail, sorting, jumping, etc.) and it works well for all of them. It is similar to a Dr. Cooks but my opinion is this is gentler on the face and nose (of course that is really in the hands of the rider) and is definitely a much nicer looking bridle.

Wierd sizing: part too big, part too small
Nice material for India made tack. Just the sizing was a bit off. I couldn't make the cheek pieces long enough for the noseband to sit down where it's supposed to and the noseband didn't go small enough. I bought a large for my TB. I had to return it. Bummer. Also the reins are plain flat strips of leather (like western style rein)...not braided or webbed. I would not have used them.

Sizing is really strange.
The leather seems good quality but a bit stiff. I bought size large for a thoroughbred and head stall was spot on but the nose band is twice as big as needed. It would feat a bull or a bear. I had to cut almost half of it and make new set of holes.

Wrong size delivered
Its a very nice quality bridle and rains BUT I was sent the wrong size and it does not fit. I checked my order and it is not my error. I ordered Full/average horse and recieved a cob. Very disappointed as I love the bridle.

Great bitless bridle
We bought this to use for my daughters Shetland pony. Adjusted to the smallest setting, it just fits. The pony doesn't like a bit in his mouth, so this is a great alternative. My daughter is very young, so we make sure that she has a loose contact so she doesn't hurt his face. He responds well to it, sometimes needing some verbal prompting from me.
