it does fit, however, it has significant warping, making it very difficult to fit to the radiator mounting holes and slot catches.

Fit my 06' 328ci and did not require any trimming.
Item was slightly warped and required 3 hands to get to slide into all 5 hooks at the same time. The warpage could have been caused in shipping so I will not reduce a star for that.Otherwise was perfect fit for my 328ci and did not require any trimming.
