I received this today and I used it immediately and I really like this product, I wanted one that was battery free!!! I opened the package and I thought it was really pretty I love the color, black. Very Sleek looking. You just charge the base and you're ready to go. I love all the features. when I used it on my teeth felt so clean, it's just simple to use.

Purchased this for better flossing results and to help improve my gum health. Products isn't very load. Small enough for travel use. You will need a bottle brush to clean the water tank. Easy to clean. Has multiple attachment to meet individual needs. Super functional.

I like the options for flossing and it does a good job. However the water needs to be refilled a few times during a session.

Product works great, fully charged upon receipt... Charge lasted for 48 days. Was very impressed. Once it ran out of charge, I went to look for the charging cable... not in the box that product came. Contacted product support but no response. Now I'm stuck with water pick I can't use. I realize that the return window popped but this is a heads up for new buyers.Product Support reached out to me and asked to provide pictures of the items that were in the box and product number. I was able to provide the box and what came inside and QR code on the flosser (they noted that this information will be used to see if batch was affected). This process took few days of back and forth. To my surprise, at end noted that I will be getting a new flosser with associated elements.The seller action impressed me in that they were looking for root cause of missing charging cable.I updated my overall rating to 5 stars for their efforts to track down the cause of the missing charging cable.Wished that each Amazon seller followed their process when customer reported similar issues.

I’ve had this water flosser for a little over a year with no problems…until I tried to change out the attachment at the top. It broke off in the appliance as I tried to pull it out. I contacted Bitvae customer service just on the off-chance there was something they could do, and sent them the simple info they needed—screenshots and a picture. They immediately gave me a warranty and sent me a new one. It was my fault that the attachment broke off in the first place (I forgot that there was a release button), but there were no questions asked. So nice! So definitely buy from this company. They will take care of you and this thing works great.

A quality product at an affordable price. It is quiet, has different levels of pressure you can choose and the tank holds a good amount of water. I especially like that it comes with a rechargeable battery vs batteries that always need to be replaced

Si limpia tiene variedad de intensidad comenzar con la suave y al familiarizarse aumentarla hasta ahora. O me ha lastimado mis encías y soy sensible pero eso si no remplaza la seda esto es más como un complemento a la higiene bucal.
