Q: I activated the guitar and have the app, but the guitar keeps turning on and turning off by itself. What else do I need to do?

You need to register your guitar with Enya. I had a hard time also but keep at it and you will figure it out. The guitar will only work for 11 1/2 minutes (approx.) until it is registered, then you must turn it on again. Once you are registered you can access more programs from Enya and your guitar will not turn itself off.

Q: Description states "Acoustic-Electric" which usually means no (internal or external) electricity, electronics or amplifier required. True or not?

The guitar has built in speakers that are powered by rechargeable battery that is charged through a USB If the guitar is not turned on then it is silent but if it’s switched in then it generates sound through the internal speaker system so no additional amplification Is needed.

Q: Anyone know how to fix the indicator light flashing crazily in different colors while charging? No use changing settings in App and no support reply.

I can't help you with that problem. I have issues with support too. The blue tooth to my phone is little if any help at all. Before I bought it, I read of all of the functions available. I only found 4 and they're more or less sound and volume. I like the guitar but it's not as flexible as they stated. Luckily, I have a good Fender amp with the options I need!
