Can I buy a replacement wooden dowel? Mine went missing.

I can't find a replacement for this except a plastic or metal one. You could make your own with the correct sized wooden dowel and drill bit.

Does this hold the larger rolls?

Should fit rolls up to 6 inch diameter but not those gigantic "forever" rolls which Charmin recently introduced [which are 9 inch diamter]. Becky for AuldHome
