This saved my dog from expensive surgery
This stuff helped my dog pass a foreign substance he had eaten (vet thought it looked like carpet material on x-rays). I was given the opportunity to give him this for 24 hours to see if it would help pass the blockage and was amazed that it worked. I took him in the next day for his surgery and he got to come back home!!! Don't rely on only using this, obviously, without going to a vet first, but it sure did work and he didn't mind the taste. I put it in a plunger dispenser and had to shoot it in the back of his mouth and hold his mouth closed a second until he swallowed it. It's thick and messy to work with but saved me literally thousands.

Working well
I have to put on my finger then rub on my cat’s arm. Wish it were a little thicker as it runs a bit before I can get it on my cat (he needs to lick it off his arm). Cat poops are larger and now contain fur! No more barfing in the middle of the night!

Great product, every cat owner should keep this in their house
We've bought this product many times before, and it works! We've had two long haired cats now, and this is a necessary staple to have in our home. Our first kitty would lick it right off the spoon--he liked the flavor. Our second kitty doesn't like either the taste or the texture (we've tried it in other flavors--it doesn't seem to matter--she just doesn't like it), so we mix it into her dry food along with a small amount of wet food. We can't give it to her very often (our first cat would get it once a week), as she is prone to loose stools and diarrhea. Our vet started her on Proviable (healthy bacteria that is supposed to clear up loose stools) twice daily. That seems to be helping, so I'm hoping we can use the Laxatone more often.

Gets the job done.
Pretty good for getting the hairballs out. Most of my cats like this. I just add to the wet food 1-2 times per week.I appreciate that the seller sent a product that doesnt expire until 02/29!

It worked for us
Maple flavor is not a hit with the cats. The product is pretty soft at room temp, so be mindful while handling it. I scoop some onto my finger and place it inside my cat's cheek. After two applications, she was no longer coughing from not being able to hack up a fur ball. I haven't had to use it since, but I might make it a weekly thing to prevent her any future issues.

My fussy cat LIKES this stuff!
After having to endlessly "fool" this tortoiseshell cat of mine when medicine -- or ANYTHING good for her health -- is involved, this is a HUGE relief. I was really teetering as to which flavor to buy, but finally some gut instinct said "Maple." It's absurd, right? But she goes for this stuff as intensely, if not more so, than Churu. She's got some sort of restriction in her old-gal gut (she's a small cat anyway) and even worse, is grooming addicted without being compulsive, so it seems that her body cannot handle the amount of hair. It was causing her issues with eating, and very dry turds, but once I got her established on the Maple Laxatone, she easily passes her #2, and can also upchuck her hair collection with ease. It has helped her get back on track with eating enough as well. I am so grateful for this concoction, honestly. With both of our cats, we had to boop their noses to get them to even try the stuff (I put a light skim at first on a small spatula) but once they had to put their tongues on this magic elixir, it was like they were plugged in. Our younger one doesn't require it, but I wanted to test her preference too (just in case, someday...) and she had the same response: "MEH." Then she got it in her mouth and went insane for it. And it absolutely smells just like Maple!

Product works great and it does help them just follow my directions
Great product works well just squeeze some on your finger and rub it on either paw of your cat.apply the amount the size of a quarter and rub into the hair on their paw so they can't throw or shake it off and they will run like they can't use that paw no more but they will be alright and they will go somewhere and lick it off clean from their coat and that is how I get them to take the product

Half full / empty - Seems different too
Get a clip to use because it is already almost empty upon use. I would rather have them fill it fully and charge me more than make it messy and difficult since it is half empty before using. I have used this for years too but it seems the product itself changed because it is not helping like it did and my cat no longer cares for it.
